Huckleberry charges by the job unless otherwise stated so there is no surprise when the invoice is presented. Labor costs are calculated using a $75 first hour and $50 for every remaining hour charge with a 2 hour minimum unless your on the "backburner". Consultation is free to review the project and give an estimate. Huckleberry takes all major credit cards, Paypal, or Venmo with a 5% processing fee. Cash avoids processing fees but I don't regularly carry change.
All of our estimates include a fully detailed scope of the work to be completed. You will receive a report with an itemized breakdown of individual projects if requested.. Estimating software is used to generate estimates and bids using industry averages of labor, supplies, and materials costs.
We communicate with you every step of the way. If we can see that we will not have the work completed by the agreed-upon time, we will reach out to get a new completion date.
We also have the" backburner" option. This includes no two hour minimum and no scheduled arrival time. As the schedule allows, I will fill in my spare time with back burner jobs. Highest seniority gets the first opportunity for Huckleberry services. This is a great option for smaller simple repairs with a minimal cost.
